Caldera del Atuel Volcano is located in western Argentina. The caldera floor contains lava domes, stratovolcanoes, and cinder cones.
Volcán Overo complex in the NE part of the caldera contains about 20 eruptive centres. Volcán Sosneado complex in the SE part of the caldera cover an area of 200 sq km.
