Nevis Peak Volcano is located on Nevis Island, Caribbean. The volcano contains a summit lava dome and four flank lava domes. Madden's Mount and Butlers Mountain are located on the NE and eastern flanks, Mount Lily on the NW coast and Saddle mountain on the southern coast.

A magnitude 4.8 earthquake hit 15 km NE of the volcano on Sunday, 2nd November 2008 at 04:05 am. The earthquake had a focus of 10 km depth.

Active fumaroles and hot springs are found on the island.
