Raung is one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia.
Raung surrounded by several volcanic cones: G.Suket (2950 m) at the north, G.Lempeh (2932 m) at the northeast, G.Jampit (2338 m) at the east, G.Wates (2796 m) at the south, G.Gadung (2390 m) and G.Payungan (2352 m) at the west.
Raung caldera is 750 m x 2,250 m.
