Waldron Ledge is located beside Volcano House hotel. It provides excellent views of Kilauea caldera. Two large earthquakes damaged the road which used to pass near the ledge. A picnic area is located at Waldron Ledge overlook. A large fissure is found at the edge of the former parking lot.
