Wewak - John Seach
East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea

Wewak is the main commercial centre of the East Sepik Province.
The town has white sandy beaches and palm trees close to town.
Behind the town there ar good views of the coast and islands of Kairiru and Muschu.
Kairiru is a volcanic island with hot springs.

The population of Wewak is about 30,000.

Some places to visit around Wewak include Cape Moem and Cape Wom.
